SolidGround Property Management provides professionally managed independent co-living housing for veterans seeking a stable, comfortable, and well-maintained place to live. Our housing is intended for veterans who are able to live independently and are looking for a residential setting with furnished accommodations, shared household spaces, clear expectations, and professional property management.

What SolidGround Provides
Our role is to provide and professionally manage the home.
SolidGround Property Management oversees the day-to-day operation of the home, including:
- Property oversight and care
- Maintenance coordination
- Tenant communication
- Clear household expectations
- Consistent property standards
- A clean, respectful, and well-maintained residential environment
Tenants are responsible for their own daily living, personal belongings,
conduct, and household responsibilities.
SolidGround provides housing management—not clinical, treatment, or
supportive services. Our co-living model is designed around independent
living, personal responsibility, and a professionally managed home.
If you are working with a veteran who is seeking independent housing, we invite you to submit a referral through our Veteran Housing Referral Questionnaire. The questionnaire allows us to learn more about the veteran’s basic housing needs and determine whether our current housing opportunity may be a potential fit.

What Happens After You Refer
1. Submit the Referral
Complete the Veteran Housing Referral Questionnaire with the information
available to you.
2. We Review the Information
SolidGround Property Management reviews the referral and considers whether the
veteran’s housing needs may align with the available housing.
3. We Follow Up
If the opportunity appears to be a potential fit, we will follow up regarding
current availability and the next steps.
4. The Veteran Applies
The veteran completes the required rental application and screening process
directly with SolidGround Property Management.
A referral does not guarantee housing, approval, or availability. All
applicants must meet the applicable rental requirements and complete the required screening process.
A strong connection between housing professionals, community partners, and veterans can make it easier for veterans to learn about available housing opportunities.
